I've never been afraid of this stuff.

Years ago, we had some sort of retreat or whatever and booked a couple of bungalows at Changi. I was too lazy to go home and go back there again so I decided to stay overnight. No one else dared to. To this they still wonder how come I can stay in a big WW2 era supposedly haunted bungalow all by my lonesome Laughing

But that is also coz I had to rush off to pick up stuff and head over to my Grandma's birthday dinner

I dunno what my cousins were thinking but everything was deep fried
I eat until I wanna puke

The nicest dish I think that night was the stir-fried asparagus with scallops

We had:

Deep fried Soft Shell Crab
Deep Fried Egg Plant
Deep Fried Soon Hock Evil or Very Mad
Deep Fried Coffee Ribs
Cereal Prawns
Stir Fried Asaparagus with Scallops
Chicken stewed with cabbage
And some veggie soup with salted egg

I ate the last 3 dishes the most ><"
I'm not used to eating so much fried food!

The place I went deep fries eggplant
They coat it in pork floss and deep fry it
Ya when I saw the Soon Hock deep fried I was Shocked
Then I felt Evil or Very Mad
What a waste!

Got. I just ate deep fried coffee ribs on Saturday

I cannot eat so much deep fried food
By the time they served the 3rd dish I felt like throwing up when I saw everything brown again ><
